Align posterior weights

This project explores how to compare Bayesian neural network posterior samples when different weight settings represent the same function.

The package aligns sampled weights by reducing permutation and scaling symmetries, making posterior summaries and visual diagnostics easier to read. It is intended as a focused research utility alongside the Bayesian deep learning notes.
